Hurado, who played for the Texas Rangers (2018-2019) and the New York Mets (2020), had 12 wins and 16 losses and an ERA of 5.97 in 45 big league games. In particular, he recorded the most wins in a single season with 7 wins and 11 losses in 2019. 

Furado has played for the Kiwoom Heroes for two years from 2023. In 60 games, he posted 21 wins and 16 losses and an earned run average of 3.01. He has won double-digit games for two consecutive years and played in 183 ⅔ innings in 2023 and 190 ⅓ innings last year. Based on his durability and ball control, he ranked No. 1 in the KBO League in both innings (374 innings) and QS (43 innings).

After failing to renew his contract with Kiwoom despite his outstanding performance, he was called by other teams but joined hands with Samsung. The contract terms are a total of 1 million U.S. dollars, including a down payment of 300,000 dollars and an annual salary of 700,000 dollars. 

Furado also posted an excellent figure at Daegu Samsung Lions Park, a batter-friendly stadium. Over the past two years, Furado has pitched in five games and posted an outstanding record of 3-1 with an earned run average of 2.91.
